Hi, my name is Sharon and I live in Stuarts Draft with my 4 spoiled cats, 2 rescued greyhounds and a horse. I'm a "transplant", having been a Navy Brat most of my years growing up; so it's nice to have settled in an area with such a nice history - both "normal" and "paranormal"!
My first paranormal experience was on a camping trip as a child picking blueberries in the mountains of New Hampshire, of all places. Somehow hopelessly entangled in the brambles, a wonderfully kind old woman helped me out and showed me to the best blueberry patch anywhere around. Each day, I'd volunteer to hunt for berries so I could listen to her amazing stories- and try to figure out howshe got out of the woods so quickly! Inevitably, the day came when we were supposed to leave on our camping trip. In the long, philosophical way that old people have of exlpaining how two people won't ever see one another again, she let me know that the joy in finding the berries was hers, not mine. To this day, I believe she was, and is, my spirit guide and I look to her when I need special guidance. When I ask, it is there.
As for "ghosts"..... well... they need to come with a little more proof! I'm an EVP specialist (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) and I love listening to hours and hours of tape just to find that one magical moment when you KNOW you've found the real deal! It's like finding your own diamond in a huge mine. I DO believe "they're" out there.... and they're closer to us they we ever even realize.
Right now, someone who knows you very well is chuckling because it took you so long to get to this website. Or they'll hide your keys so you have to walk past the picture of the two of you together one more time - it IS your anniversary afterall. They want us to know it, and they sometimes try desperately hard to let us know - if only we'll listen - with our hearts and our heads.For as much as we haven't forgotten or stopped loving them, their love for us has grown and grown.
